Guests can call our dedicated Guest Assist Helpdesk for out of hours support.
Our team start by attempting to resolve issues over the telephone. This might include via video call , using translation apps and following our client's specific instructions.
If we can't resolve something over the phone, we'll attend in person or deploy an approved contractor, depending on the issue.
We always follow our client's bespoke instructions.

Being local means we can advise on amenities. We also use local suppliers to support in utilities emergencies such as plumbers and electricians.
