Street Ranger Manager
Newcastle
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Street Ranger Team Lead in Newcastle!
This role will be responsible for leading a team of Street Rangers at NE1 Business Improvement District.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in team management, engagement, and a passion for making a difference.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team, aligning to the values and requirements of our business and our client

Driving the team with regards to the core focus and purpose of the Rangers programme

Ensure that all team members are trained and equipped to carry out their duties effectively

Develop and implement strategies in partnership with our client to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the frontline services

Work closely with other partners and teams to ensure a coordinated approach to the services

Represent the team at meetings and events
-
Ensure that all engagements are carried out whilst meeting KPI goals

Prepare regular reports and presentations on the work of the frontline team

Work on the front line with their own team on a daily basis

Undertake any other duties as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
-
Due to the role involving levels of security related services an SIA License is required however if a suitable candidate is not licensed, the company will fund SIA License and Training.

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Able to work well along other stakeholders.
Hours and Salary
-
£31,720pa
-
40hours per week, varied days with scheduled planned in advance.
Vetting and screening will be undertaken inline with BS7858, including a full checkable work history.
